Aeronautical Course
Every society finds itself with the need for some form of transportation. The
Vikings built enormous sea-worthy ships to carry them through unchartered oceans.
Today, the seas we charter are those of the stratosphere and beyond. The ships
we travel in are those of the air. Here at Tech, those who study these ships are the
members of the Aeronautical Course.
Technites in the Aero Course gain a broad insight into the design, building
and science behind today's aircraft. With the emphasis of transportation placed con–
tinuously skyward, the demand for capable technicians cannot be overstated.
Thus, graduates of the Aeronautical Course are honored to be compared with
the Viking shipbuilders who designed the ships that were destined to make discoveries.
