graduating seniors of the high school anJ

especially to senior members of

Everv on of them, no matter how m. tgnlf1-

for their fine Rupport and wi. h them lot of

good fortun in the years lo come.

Till Hi-Club program has been a full one;

therefore a brief summary of the more im–

The high spot of th year came with the

annual Block U-E Banquet at which all -E

athletes were feted and honored. Coach

"Slee'ly" Jim Crowley of Fordham was the

speake~·

On~

of the su;rpri. es

uperintendent of

chools, to the U-E football team of

1!12::!.

Certificates were not given in those days, but

the boys e\'entually received them seventeer.

years later.

This about concluded the program for the

vear but one important event still r main•.

f'or

'those numerous p ople who live to eat

rather than vice versa, this C\'ent should prove

intere.ting. On J une 1st the last Hi-Club

meeting of the year will be held for

wh~ch

ment i being planned.

In clo ing

it

is fitting that we should thank

assistants, Harold L . Baine and J . Donaln

k Queen, as well as the directors of
