One of the newer clubs in the high school, the Stamp Club was .formed
especially for those who enjoy stamp-collecting as a hobby.
Under the guidance of Miss Ruth Bergstresser, this novel organization
discussed the origin and use of different stamps. Although the club dealt
mostly with United States Stamps, occasionally an especially interesting for–
eig

stamp was explained. Engravings made of the stamp of the week were
placed on display on the bulletin board.
This club has endeavored to learn more about stamps and to interest boys
and girls in this fine hobby.
