DEBBIE
HENSON . Debbie, who was
secretary of the Fellowship of
Christain
Students, was a
member of National Honor
Society, Anchor Club, Y-Teens,
Spanish Club, and Octagon in her
senior year. Previously she was
parliamentarian of Student Coun–
cil. About her selection for Who' s
Who, Debbie commented, "It
makes me feel that during my
three years at WMHS I have
accomplished more than I had
planned to."
A two-year football letterman
and All-District team member in
his senior year,
ALAN SHIELDS
was a member of Interact for
three years, serving as president
in his senior year. Alan was also
president of FCS, an Anchor Club
admiral in his senior year, and a
Y-Teen Beau in sophomore and
senior years. He was recipient of
the Honesty and Integrity award
from Masons as a junior. Alan,
who played on the baseball team
as a sophomore and senior. plans
to attend Tech and major in
electrical engineering.
A three-year member of Y- Spanish Club member in her
Teens and president in her senior
year,
NITA ROACH
was also a
three-year member of Spanish
Club, where she was elected
treasurer in both junior and senior
years. Nita was also a member
of Rebel Choir, Ensemble. Anchor
club, and National Honor Society.
Voted as most outstanding
junior year. Nita received a first
place in individual song competi–
tion at the Tech Foreign lan–
guage Festival in January of her
senior year.
Nita was a delegate to
Couchdale leadership Training
Camp in the summer before her

A varsity cheerleader and
treasurer of the Senior Class,
TERRI DAVIS
was a member of
National Honor Society, Octagon
Club, Anchor Club, and French
Club. Terri, who was also a junior
varsity cheerleader, was a junior
maid in the homecoming court.
She was vice-president of so–
phomore Y-Teens and a member
of Rebelettes and the girls'
basketball team in her so–
phomore year. Terri's plans
include a major in pharmacy at
NLU.
