WHAT HAPPENED. :SARAH~ What happene Sarah My sweet ara What coul make you so sad? Never really here, but --vnrm._-"' What was that song you used to sin You sang it when you were glad. \ Could things be that bad?--1 r Oh, God, what ~ened? ~ What happene Sar h 7 / Wish you were here, 1 If you could be here n w ·l Who'd of thought y terday You'd be gone to y Why'd you do it "--._ What happen d, Sar h? My sweet Sar h HEARTLOX PARADOX I do not love you as love by love be With all its great complexity. I love thee in a simple way, Though it's not enough for me to say, "You are my friend", for I should not pretend! But I dare not love you, For if I do I shall love thee Yet loved not be. It is enough for me to know you know I care When I'm away from you and be not there. SUNDANCE Oh Sundance, for you the heavens race. For Moonbeam, the dark night breaks Oh light of Earth, the world awaits. Sundance the sky blue, light of day. Moonbeam shine the night away. Sundance, you Moonbeam, me We, the light - eternity Come now, day Come now, night Try to show us what is right. But we shall never stray. So let them see the Sundance glore. Moonbeam shine on, evermore. Those that scorn us, naught let them speak Rather let them sing the song we sing And let them see the good we bring. 124 THE FUTURE The future is vague, Our choices unclear. War, starvation, plague, What will be near? The future is ours, To do with as we choose, To build bright shining towers , Or to forget all faith and lose. The future is close. Much closer than we think. It's not a myriad of tomorrows But the second after a blink The future with its mysteries untold Is the most important unknown of all It is the lock, for the key, that which we hold , For the door of mankind. Will it prosper or fall? WHEN ALL SEEMS BLEAK Give me something I can strive for. Show me sornething I can see. Give me someone I can live for . Show me someone I can be. I've searched the world and found great wealth. It seems I've got it all. I need someone to share it with, To brace me when I fall. But can you read the writing? It 's up there on the wall. It says that people caring Is the greatest wealth of all. THINK OF ME When you wish upon a star Go to places oh so far When you see a pretty girl Think of me When you are all alone While you're talking on the phone During winters first snow Think of me Years from now When you're remembering how Things were before Think of me During a hot summers eve When in love you do believe Remember me, Babe Think of me
