IN MEMORIAM RAYMOND E. KUHNERT The class of 1958 along with the faculty feels deeply grieved at the death of our esteemed pr incipal. Hts service, sincerity, and deep love for his work in our school's development and welfare was outstanding. School work was his life; he put every bit of effort he had into making the school better for the students. Mr. Kuhnert was born on May 13, 1906, in Dauphin County. He attended Lebanon High School and then continued his education at Lebanon Valley College . He graduated from there in 1928, where - upon he went to New York University and received his master 's degree. Upon coming to Dallas on July 1, 1941, he became supervising principal. Since then he has made and developed Dallas Township into what it is today. His prize endeavor was the annex budding to our school . He died on July 26, 1957. A memorial, an oil painting, has been given by the senior class, whereby we will always re - member his great contributions to the communtty and the school. The painting will be placed in the hallway of the main building of the school. We hope that th1s small but significant memorial will ex, press the deep esteem and veneration we hold in our hearts for our former principal. 3
