KEEPER OF THE KEYS Where are the Seniors? Today is Thursday, so a few of them can be found in the typing room, under the supervision of Miss Clelland. Here the College Prepara– tory and General Course students are taught such essentials as proper spacing, ac– curacy, and speed - information valuable in their future work, whether as typists or as college students. The Juniors can be found in this same room on Friday, under the leadership of Mi s Curtis. They are taught the parts of the typewriter, keyboard control, paragraphing, and rhythm- the latter to the strains of music such as the "Doll Dance." Preparation like this will enable them to become accomplished typists in a comparatively short time. JIGSAW "Straight line! Proper technique! Placement is important! .... " These words can be heard as one pa es Room F. The mechanical drawing club has helped the students to use drafting instruments and to make isometric drawings and architec– tural designs. Mr. Williams hopes the Juniors will be interested next year, since not many of them were curreatly in the club because of their crowded schedule. See you next year. Hope you accomplish as much as we did. RAINBOW ROUND MY SHOULDER Quiet! Genius at work! In the art room during the first two periods on Wednes– day, you will see the future Rembrandts, Dalis, and Cezannes busily engaged in creating the masterpieces of the age. Included in the finished products are paintings, sculptures, carvings, and sketches. The art club has also contributed to the colorful displays in the main hall and to the Christmas decorations during the Yuletide season.
