After weeks of arduous practice the "stunt artists" were ready to present one of the greatest shows on earth at the annual gym teMn exhibition. As they went through their routines on the mats, rings, and parallel bars, the girls evinced skill and agility in the stunts taught them by Mrs. Llewellyn. The members of the boys' gym team, under the direction of Mr. Swingle, ex– hibited special talent in back flips and all kinds of complicated twists and turns on the trampoline, as well as on the mats. Also noteworthy were their performances on the parallel bars, rings, high bar, ropes, and all the other gym equipment. 45
