With these words Mrs. Dolly Park, club sponsor, started the ball rolling for the Drama Club. Novices presented one act plays, skits, and poems with enthusiasm. At Christmas time, drama club members performed a pantomime of the "Nativity." This inspirational message filled everyone with the true meaning of this celebrated holiday season. In February, seniors presented the play, "It's High Time." The cast zealously endeavored to display their acting skills while stage hands provided for impressive backgrounds. Make-up crews added professional touches to glamorize the cast. A portrayal of the "Crucifixion" was presented for Easter. The audience enjoyed the exceptionally fine performance. To be a member in the National Thespian Society is an educational honor; therefore, each student vies for a spot in this organization. Those fortunate enough to have been accepted were formally installed in May.
