'Open House" held on October 27, 1963, was the day set aside for parents and friends to viC'\\• Redstone as it is today. At the dedication ceremonies, prominent school, county and state officials stressed the import:~nce of :1 sound, basic education and the oppor· :uniries awaiting students lt Redstone. Courteous Commerci:~l Club members escorted \'isitors through the old and new buildings. Stationed in their respective rooms, instructors discussed the enriched curriculum and facilities, modern visual aids 1nd tools ar their disposal. Attractive classrooms, bright halls, and .1 sparkling cafeteria presented a colorful " \XIorld of Learning" <o all eager visitors. \'\fhen the last of the curious alumni, concerned parents, and in– :erested friends departed, "Open House" was recorded as a successful en:nt.
