Owen J. Roberts High School 1977 Yearbook (Pottstown, PA) - Full Access

Not many people have the talent and patience it takes to write a book. Mr. Shuman, an English teacher here at Owen}. Roberts, is such a person. He and his wife have co-authored a book on the subject of antiques, which will be coming out in the spring of 1977. The couple also does free-lance writ– ing for magazines. Their articles in– clude "Reading Artistic Glass Works," found in the October issue of An– tiques Journal and "Portrait of an Art– ist" in the August 15, 1976, issue of Reading Eagle. The Shumans' interest in antiques has led them to travel through sixteen Eu– ropean countries, visiting museums and historical cities.
