To look like a trainer . . Always be at all sports events, but never do anything. . . Always wear red and white. Always carry water, towels, and a wrap in plain view. However, to be a trainer ... Learn to wrap ankles, knees, elbows, and shoulders - you'll need the knowledge. Be able to tell anyone the content of the kit, as well as bother to learn how to use it. Always stand near the team so that you can become involved in any injury which might occur. Go to all the training sessions and listen carefully. It's not all elementary stuff. Stand behind the team, with support and encouragement. . . Guess again! It's the indoor track team practicing in the halls, and we know what that means. There is no sight in the world like seeing 50 people run– ning down the hall at you. The team runs against 52 other schools at various colleges in the area. Their hard work has paid off in medals won and records broken, as well as a tough-to-beat reputation for Roberts track.
