There he is - the cross country runner doing his thing. What Thing? Running five gruelling miles a day plus the triple hills is the magic formula that seems to make a cross country runner happy. Look again - another runner is hauling behind the first. After a day of "If you're a girl, why are you running with the boys ?" it feels pretty good to get outside and show people why.
