After many years of hard work in school to get report cards that make your par– ents say things like, "Ohl I'm so proud of you," or, "It's about time," here is an organization that rewards the student for getting all of those A's. N.H.S. is not a club as far as having activities and picking our jackets is concerned, (although that 's not a bad idea) . Being a member of the N.H.S. is an honorary distinction given to students in high schools around the U.S. For this we have possibilities of academic scholarships and the added credentials that colleges seek. -David Headly I'm an active member of Student Council. I serve as president. I feel Council can and will do a tremendous job this year. We are here to try to please you, (the student body) . In my opinion Student Council can not function without the help and suggestions of the student body. It's your school.-Trish Lepore
