Among its activities were two dances, the annual Harvest Moon and a newly initiated Christmas hop. Their aid was given at Thanksgiving to a needy family in the form of a foodbasket. This was ac– companied by a project for a worthwhile charity later in the school year. The May Day break– fast, held each year in honor of the queen and her court, was the last official function of the club this year. Advi.ror- Mrs . Gerald Hawkins President- Ginny Hawkins Hi-Y Hi-Y, a club affiliated with the school and the Y.M.C.A., has built a strong foundation on clean speech, good sportsmanship, and active participation in projects beneficial to both school and community. This year, Hi-Y sent six delegates to the annual Youth and Government assembly at Albany. The club also held a March of Dimes campaign, a World Service project, and was host to the annual Hi-Y Play Day competi– tion.
