Row 2: Mike Shienvold, Paul Kreppel, Tom Policano, Bill Haltermann, Bob Schnitzer, Doug Jacobson, Mac Thayer, Bill Buddenhagen, Ed Schirick, Eric Scott, Ken Heppner. 100 Student Council Student Council is the legislative branch of the Kingston High School Stu– dent Association. Each student, upon en– tering K.H.S., automatically becomes a mem– ber of the Student Association and is repre– sented in Student Council by a duly elected delegate from his homeroom. By democratic means and with the cooperation of the faculty, Student Council helps to govern the school. In the role of a service club, Student Council's annual projects included the sale of student movie cards, The Bundle Drive for the Save The Children Federation, and the donation of Christmas trees to the school. This year Mike Shienvold and Tom Policano teamed to make the Winter Carnival a tre– mendous success. This year also included a candy sale, the profits of ·which went to the Sludent Council Scholarship Fund.
