Jazz Band The Jazz Band, under the direction of Mr. Hier, has shared its talent with the student body, the community and with charitable or– ganizations. Jazz members performed at the annual Winter and Spring Concerts. The members played their music for the younger folks of our community when they brought their talent to the elementary schools. The Jazz Band also performed at Green Chimney School. Jazz Band num– bers musically blend together both the old and the new. Some selections the Jazz Band played were: "Days of Wine and Roses", "The Stripper", "A String of Pearls", "Goodbye to love", "Current Events", "Passin' By", and "Cara Bonita". 147
