V.I.C.A., or Vocational and Indus– trial Clubs of America, is primarily made up of students in technical programs. Activities of the club have included car washes and tobaggan parties. This spring, representa– tives from Central's chapter of V.I.C.A. at– tended the state convention. The Society of Technical Designers has been at Central for quite a few years, and it. continues to be a vital club for those tech students interested in mechanical drafting. Central's Radio Club, advised by Mr. Phillip Snyder, provides a variety of services to the school. This year's projects have in– cluded the maintainance of the classroom intercom system, setting up the sound sys– tem for the senior play, and the installation of closed circuit television systems .
