(26) Dick Lynch Center Pudge Dudley Guard Burdened by the difficulty of following in the footstep of a champion hip Learn, the 1955-1956 Fayetteville-Manlius ba ketball team started out to make a record of it own. A a re ult of the newly– formed conference. the Hornet faced the toughe l schedule ever. The end of the first hal£ of the ea on found the team tied for fir l place after winning all but one game. However due to increased competition and more experienced opposing Learns, the Hornets finished third behind Solvay and East yracu e. A los to Ea t Syracu e in the fir l round of the county playoffs ended a still successful sea on. Bill Fenn Forward Tim Fudge Guard A Junior Var ity team that had plenty of height but little experience went through it ea on with a good record.
