Philip Hart President The Bodrd of Education of dny school d1stnct is charged with certain duties and responsibilities by both the Stdte of New York and the school district wh1ch they serve . They must raise sufficient funds to ddequdtely provide for the education of ell the children in their area . They are entrusted with the responsibility of hiring dnd mdinteming a staff of tedchers and other workers who can carry out the princ1ples wh1ch they lay down . The Board of Education of the Cazenovia Central School hds dnd still does merit the support of not only the New York State Educdtion Depart:nent but also of all the people of every district. The Cldss of 19~5 wish to express the1r apprecidtion to the Board of Education for makmg 1t possible for them to have the advdntdges wh1ch they hdve had . 8
