When it's warm, cold, rainy, and even snowing, the body wants to stop and rest, but the mind must force the body to keep going. A race can't be won by quitting. Conquering yourself and then the man ahead of you is running Cross Country and winning. Windsor's top competitors were Tim McKnight, Paul Bowen, and Jon Peterson. Tim McKnight finished first place in the Section IV, Class A division, 5th in the state Class A standings and 27th in the federation meet.
