FOOTBALL TEAM WINS S.T.A.C. TITLE FOR SECOND YEAR For the second year in a row, the Maine-Endwell Junior Varsity Football Squad has captured the S.T.A.C. Eastern Division Championship. Hard work by all team members and fine coaGhing under Mr. Fenner and Mr. Yacovoni made this achievement possible. The climax of the season was 32-0 victory over Chenang o Valley, another strong contender for the crown this year. This win clinched the title. The final game against Owego was cancelled because of an early snow; but the team finished the season with a solid 5-l -l record. Some fine individual performances by Mark Perry, Dave Kopcik, John Meyers, and Dennis Breckner helped to keep down opposition scoring and make the many ·wins possible. We are sure that the J.V.'s will continue to maintain a winning record in the coming seasons and we wish them good luck.
