Binghamton North High School 1956 Yearbook (Binghamton, NY) - Full Access

George S. Tate Principal, North High School As our seniors step off our good ship, we wish them their full share of good sailing on the voyage that lies ahead. We sincerely trust that the skills they have learned will make for truly useful lives. For our ship– motes we, also, especially wish the happiness that can come to them from those important satisfactions that come as dividends from giving ourselves in the spirit of service. Our home port, Binghamton or any community in America will be a much better place in which to live if we ore good neighbors. As true patriots, we owe much to those who hove given so generously to make ours a good land in which to live. The spirit of democ– racy challenges us to give willingly of our talents to build a better America and a better world. Almost every member of our school has done some– thing to help create this WAMPUM. We ore proud of it and we ore especially grateful to its fine staff. Page 7
