Projects Make NHS Fun The Del Norte NHS is a group that is busy helping the school and the com– munity. Members dressed for Halloween and visited the Children's Hospital to paint faces and carve pumpkins. Also, NHS did a Secret Santa Christmas project. They received let– ters from needy kids and to make their day brighter they bought them gifts for Christmas. Just for kicks the Del Norte NHS tutors young children when need- ed. "NHS has been so fun. Once you've involved with the service projects, you see there is much more to NHS than you think," said members Kelly King and Suzanne Guess. All in all, the Del Norte National Honor Society is full of bright intelligent adults worthy of being deemed the best the school has to offer.
