FIRST WE GET READY, THEN WE PARTY! Prom activities weren't limited to Saturday night. For the juniors, the fun began Friday morning. Their day was spent transforming the gym Into a romantic park at night. It took lots of hard work, but the juniors had no problem mixing business and pleas– ure. After the dance, celebrations con– tinued Into early Sunday morning as A.O.D. sponsored a prom lock-In for Junior girts toke a break from decorating and feed their faces. 150 At the lock-ln. some prom-goers opted to ploy checkers rather than line-donee. all juniors and seniors and their dates. Focused on country-western, the lock-in was held In the cafeteria, where students line-danced and karaoked, and In the gym, where many played volleyball or checkers . The lock-In was offered as an op– portunity to eliminate alcohol– related accidents associated with prom.
