Forensic Program Has Successful Year At PHS After several weeks of practice Mrs. Wilson and her Forensics class participated in various speech contests. 1bis year both Phyllis Kuhn and Gena Rempe received first place ratings on their entries in dramatic interpretation. Gena Rempe was the only For- ensics student to be awarded two gold medals at the State Speech Contest. Others placing were J. Jones, receiving gold in oral in- terpretation and Janice Jones, re- ceiving gold in informative speech. Phyllis also received a 2 rating in dramatic interpretation.
