Special Music Offers Some Special Talent HYWAYGARAGE Plainville, Kansas The Entertainment Committee 1 Wlder the direction of Sandra Risely, represented our school with the talent throughout the 1977-1978 school year. They performed for various clubs and civic doings in the com- munity and also at the school activi- ties. Melea Brack and Bill VanSchyver showed their ability to sing as they sang at the spring music festival. Band also accomplished many things during the school year. They played at MCL. They spent many hours practicing their solos, quartets, duos, etc. And last of all the Spanish class, Wlder the direction of Miss Millie Parks, proved that though they were just learning Spanish, they could get into the spirit of Christmas by singing Jingle Bells in Spanish. This just proves the fact that PHS is full of musical talent. Colette Haase should also receive many thanks for generously giving the time for four years of playing the pi- ano when she was needed.
