Plainville Rural High School 1978 Yearbook (Plainville, KS) - Full Access
Every year brings changes- an old class gone 1 a new one coming in. But the students of PHS for the 1977-78 school year knew it as more than that. Perhaps the most drastic was a new principal and his policies 1 such as his system of handling ab- sentees and tardies that vexed the minds of even the most ardent of sldppers. Together with Stuco 1 headed by a dynamic President 1 he gave the lounge a face lift and hired someone to work behind the snack bar and monitor the lounge 1 s other activities. He also helped to initiate a very successful student exchange program with a school in Atlanta 1 Louisiana. As you turn these pages you may even realize a change in the book itself. We've tried to add our own personal touch and style to it. We wanted to call it our own. It had to be something unique 1 just like this year has been. We're all proud to be a part of this year and its history. But much more 1 we 1 re proud to say 1 'We Did It Our Way.' '
