Beginning late in the pring th office staff tart work on cheduling for th coming year. After the tud nt have filled out regi tration card th card are orted by the offi e tafT. The cards are then nt to proc ing firm in hi ago. Thi i during th middle of the ummer. After final scheduling in Chicago, the card are ent back to th high hool. The taff then "Book rental, insurance, Maroon and Mirror payments, towel fees, and olher inctdental costs are paid by the students before the start of school. 4 end the ard out to the tud nt !at in ugu t. The office tafT w re not the only busy p opl preparing for the chool y ar. The teacher were organizing their ma– t rial and preparing for the coming year. Mrs. Ritt, on of the teach r in the Engli h department wa relaxing and catching up on her reading. "The Gifford St. entrance to the building is seldom used ex– cept for dances and sports events. The ticket booth is a busy spot before an important basketball game or wrestling meet. It also serves those fellows who waited until the last minute to ask a girl to the dance and, consequently, had to purchase the ticket at the door.
