DO ALD QUILLMAN A few years ago one of my English students wrote that "when you become too old to believe in Santa Claus, it is time to believe in mistletoe." I have never been certain of the originality of that statement, but I certainly en– joy it as a realistic description of the process of growing up. We tend always to find something new to look forward to, and rightly so. We look forward to new achievements and new enjoyment. My challenge to you is to move with as much enthusiasm toward your next goal as you have toward the mistletoe. D. Quillman 82
