In pre enting facts and in– formation it tried to repre ent fully all the activities of Elgin High School in most respects and to create greater student interest in those projects which requires enthusias– tic participation to succeed. The Mirror, with their ad– visor, Miss Pragman, combined new and challenging ideas with different types of articles in keeping with a slightly changed policy and purpose: that of introducing fresh ideas and breaking away from the trivial pattern common to school newspapers. Next year they hope to continue and enlarge upon this ideal, with the co-operation and in– terest of their subscribers.
