The cla s organization began with an as embly at the beginning of the year, when chool policies and other details of life at E.H. . were explained. In ovember class elections were held. The officer cho– sen are as follows: Chan Babcock, president ; Donna Ilow– ser, vice-president ; Nancy Hoover, secretary; and Tom Jacobs, treasurer. Our advisors are Mrs. Lynn and Mr. Class Council: ROW 1, Linda Falloon, Pat Dickau, Maureen Mann, Sue Applehoff, Sue Eckholm, jack Siegmeier. ROW 2, Karen Clemens, Una Irelan, john Smead, Mike Combest, Bruce Holmes, jeff Haller, Dan Reed. ROW 3, Mike Lay, Dave Strohm, Shaw. During the year the class spon ored everal succes ful projects, including the sale of decals, a car wash, and a dance. The class colors are purple and white; the mascot is the panther, and the orchid is the cia s flower. Our motto while we are at Elgin High is "In ourselves, the future lies."
