Beverly Jo Sherman As a senoor Bev transferred from El Cl!lm1no H1gh where she was 1n the House of Repre– sentatives, the news staff, an officer of the Future Home– makers of AmeriCa, and stu– dent d.rector of a fashion show. At Burlingame Bev was on the work expenence pro- ~~~~s~n~!s~~~~~~t:~j tei!ICher. Bev plans to attend CSM and transfer to a San Francisco school. PhylliS A. Smith Phyllis, a Junoor transfer from El Camino High who Is noted for her indiVIduality, woll never forget 01". Koller's German class. Her maon onterests are art and the Foster City Youth Group. After graduatoon Phyllis plans to contonue her educa– tion and art trainong. but a citizen of the world. Walter Sokolik Walter, an act1ve Junior Achoevement member, attend– ed Russoan High from which he w111 graduate th1s June. He w1ll always remember Mr Lu– perlnl. His hobby and ambi– tion IS to study to become an entomologost. He plans to study at CSM. JoAnn Louise Souza Jo, known for her warm eyes, transferred in her )Untor year from San Carlos Hogh School. Her Interests 1nclude musiC,~ art. and people. Memories OT Burlingame are of Mr. Holmes and Mr. Pardini and being eraser mon1tor 1n Mrs. Koller's class. Jo wants to keep smiling and see people laugh. Her plans for the future are un– decided. John Sompson John. noted for his blue Sprote and h1s guitar playing, was on the freshman and JV football teams. H1s maon 1nterests are working on hos car and musiC. John woll always remember Joe Brown and his shop class. After graduatoon John plans to attend UC Davis. Kirk Douglas Snodgrass AthletiC K.rk, known for hos ha.r, played on frosh and var– Sity football, Band, B basket– ball. and was on the Casaba Club. Kirk's main Interests are sports and motorcycles; his great amb1t10n is to be a member of the Harlem Globe– trotters. He plans to attend CSM and transfer to a four year college to maJOr in Aero– nautiCS and later to become a pilot. - Socrates Carole Lon Spoegelman Sp1nted Pug, known for her sarcastic wit, was Patt1 Pan– ther and on Rally Comm1ss1on. She belonged to the Aloha Nu1 Tro-Y and The Other Half. She will always remember the names Mrs. Koller called her and hangong sisns on football players doors. Her secret am– bitoon IS to be as big as J1m Molinaro. After graduation Pug plans to attend the Unoversoty of Oregon to maJOr on psy– chology. Cherryl Louise Sm1th A senoor transfer from Oak– land Hogh, Cherryl was on the yearbook and literary mega– zone staffs and was a member of the assembly, const1tut1on, and public relationS CommiS– sions. At Burlingame she IS on the "B" staff. Cherryl plans to attend Cal Berkeley or San FranCISCO State. Steven Stanley Soult Steve was presodent of the Chess Club and a member of the football, tri!ICk, and wres– tling teams. He woll remember hiS research proJects In the EriCkson Lab and the AIFS trop to Bangor, Wales, last summer. H1s ma1n 1nterest IS bowlong, and he was pres1dent of his league. Steve's secret ambition os to be pres1dent of General Motors, but immediate plans are to attend the Uno– varsity of Santa Clara to ma– JOron engineerong. 181
